Refund policy

We want you to be thrilled with your order from Create Fantasy Crafts. However, due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless your item arrives damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items

• Please inspect your order upon arrival.

• If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 3 days of delivery at createfantasycrafts@gmail.com.

• Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.

• If your claim is approved, we will either remake the item or issue a refund.

Custom Orders

Custom or personalized items are final sale and not eligible for returns or refunds unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Shipping Costs

Original shipping fees are non-refundable. If a replacement is sent for a damaged item, we’ll cover the shipping cost for the replacement. We are not responsible for incorrect addresses provided and will charge a shipping fee to reship any item.
